Upper School Students were challenged to create symmetry designs using Microsoft Paint . Here is Chanel's Blog Post: In technology class, we created symmetry designs using the Microsoft Paint. We watched a YouTube video to get started, which explained what we were doing. We began. I first made a rectangle in the corner of my screen and started to create designs in it. I then cropped, copy, pasted, and rotated it over and over again to create the design below. It was pretty simple. For my black and white design I pretty much did \the same process. Only difference was I only made shapes and in black and white. I copied and pasted it, then I rotated it to match each other. That was all to it (:

The third grade enjoyed tying in their math lesson with technology. They used step by step directions to create geometric shapes using various tools in MS Paint. Spacing and labeling each shape was more challenging than it appears, but the third graders are now confident in their abilities to create in Microsoft Paint.
